Precision Equipment Capabilities
Our facility
Modular Web Solutions is located in East Central Wisconsin, within five minutes of the Appleton International Airport and Interstate 41. We have manufacturing floor space of 36,000 square feet. Expandable to 96,000 square feet within the Greenville, WI area. It is located on 4.5 acres, with 4 overhead cranes, 12 tons capacity, up to 19-foot hook height. Dual hooks to load larger pieces onto trucks, which helps our customers install their machinery in fewer pieces and expedite the install process. State-of-the-art CNC machine shop. Complete in-house welding department.
Machining
Our machining capabilities are powered by programming through GibbsCAM, fully integrated with SolidWorks design software. This seamless connection between design and manufacturing ensures accuracy from concept to finished component. By leveraging integrated CAD/CAM technology, we streamline workflows, reduce errors, and deliver precision-machined parts that meet the exact requirements of each custom web handling solution.
Welding
Our weld shop fabricates carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum weldments to support a wide range of custom equipment builds. Equipped with a Siegmund welding table, our team achieves faster setup times and improved fabrication accuracy. This precision fixturing system helps ensure consistent alignment, structural integrity, and high-quality welds across every project.
Blast Booth
Our in-house blast booth capability supports surface preparation, coating removal, and finishing to enhance product quality and performance, while improving coating adhesion, reducing rework, and ensuring a cleaner, more durable final result.
Paint Booth
